- THE SALE OF POP, WATER OR ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
YOUR CONTRACT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
- All food must be kept off the ground.
- You must use grease spill protection.
- All food vendors must be in compliance with: City of Elgin Health
Department regulations (847-931-5935).
- Food vendors must bring their own generators, water, canopy, table and
chairs.
- All non-food vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, only 10x10
canopies**, and generators
(electrical outlets provided bring • extension cords).
- Registration fees are not refundable.
- Application and fees must be received by July 21.
- Only money orders or cashier’s checks will be accepted.
- A Deposit of $50.00 is included with your payment and is Refundable
after inspection of space.
- The registration fee is nonrefundable.
- Arrive by 7:00 a.m. and must be set-up by 11:00 a.m. event starts soon
thereafter.
- Food Vendors must have menus and prices posted.
NOTE: Space is limited!
**No stake allowed to hold tents in place. Need to use sand bags/water drums.
