The Vice President shall have such duties as may be prescribed by these Bylaws, rules and regulations of this organization, or by the President, provided such are not inconsistent with the statutes of the State of Illinois or by our Bylaws. In absence of the President, or in the event of his/her inability to act, the Vice-President shall perform the duties of the President, and when acting, shall have all the powers and be subject to the restrictions on the President.

The Secretary shall attend all meetings of the Board of Directors, shall be the custodian of all books and records of the organization, shall be the custodian of the corporate seal, and shall have such duties as are prescribed by the statutes of the State of Illinois and provided for by these Bylaws and resolution o the organization provided such are not inconsistent with the statues of the State of Illinois.  The Secretary shall report to the Board of Directors.

The Treasurer shall be the legal custodian of all the funds of the organization and shall manage funds as directed by the Board of Directors and the statutes of the State of Illinois, and shall maintain complete records of account of such funds. The Treasurer shall have other duties as are prescribed by the statutes of the State of Illinois and provided for by rule or resolution of this organization providing such is not inconsistent with the statutes of the State of Illinois.
